  1. The app name (e.g. RateGlance).
  2. Your device model and iOS/Android version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4).
  3. The app version (Settings → About in-app, once that screen ships; otherwise the version shown in the App Store).
  4. A short description of what happened, plus a screenshot if relevant.

Common questions

How fresh are the rates?

The displayed rates come from the European Central Bank's daily reference rates, fetched via the Frankfurter API. ECB publishes a single set of rates each business day at roughly 16:00 CET. There are no updates on weekends or ECB holidays — Saturday and Sunday show Friday's numbers.

Our backend re-checks the rate hourly to deliver alerts, but the underlying number only changes once per business day.

My alert hasn't fired even though the rate crossed my target.

How do I get RateGlance Pro?

Settings → "Upgrade to Pro" or any "+ NEW ALERT" button when you've hit the free-tier alert cap. RateGlance Pro is a one-time $2.99 purchase — there's no subscription. If you delete and reinstall the app, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.

I bought Pro but it's still showing as Free.

  1. In Settings, tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase will reattach to the device.
  2. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the App Store account that made the original purchase.
  3. Email us with your Apple receipt (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RateGlance, or the email receipt from Apple) and we'll sort it out.

I want a refund.

In-app purchase refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Open the App Store → tap your profile picture → Purchase History → tap the RateGlance entry → "Report a Problem" → choose "Request a refund." Apple makes the final call.

I want my data deleted.

There's nothing tied to a personal identity on our backend — only a per-device random UUID and (for Pro users) your alert configurations. Email kai.apps.support@gmail.com with a short note describing the device and we'll remove any record of it.

I have a feature request.

Please send it to kai.apps.support@gmail.com. We read every email, even when we can't reply individually.
